We are looking for a dynamic Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment along with key HR operations. The role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (80%) across IT and non-IT roles, along with HR Operations (20%) to support the employee lifecycle.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Schedule and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases

• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Handle induction and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS
• Track and manage attendance and leave records
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes

• 2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment
• Prior experience in a media/digital agency is mandatory
• Proven experience hiring for both IT and non-IT roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools / ATS
