The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across both domestic and international markets.

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model and strategic objectives to identify potential clients across government, private, domestic, and international sectors.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers through emails, calls, and in-person meetings. Effectively present the company’s portfolio, strengths, and achievements.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes, collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Create customized pitch presentations based on client requirements, including: -Conceptual designs and storytelling -Dummy projects and prototypes -Comparative analysis (existing vs. proposed solutions) -Commercial proposals, marketing targets, and P&L projections
• Develop detailed business plans, including cost structures and project scope, in coordination with the costing team.
• Lead negotiations with clients to successfully finalize and execute projects.
• Ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks within the Business Development department and maintain cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and business expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
• Highly dynamic, self-motivated, and strategic thinker with a strong drive for business growth.
• Proven ability to create business plans and develop commercial models.
• Experience in maintaining and updating client databases through research and ongoing communication.
• Strong relationship management skills with consistent follow-up practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and provide regular updates.
• Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career.

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience in the Digital Marketing or Publishing industry.
