Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager– Ad Sales (Print & Digital Media) to lead advertising revenue generation across our inflight magazines, digital platforms, branded content initiatives, and integrated media inventory. The ideal candidate should possess strong media sales experience, an established network with brands and agencies, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships across travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising sales revenue across print, digital, and integrated media platforms.
  • Manage and grow ad sales for inflight magazines, websites and digital campaigns, branded content, newsletters, and other media assets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with advertisers, media agencies, tourism boards, hospitality brands, airlines, luxury brands, and strategic partners.
  • Develop customized 360-degree media solutions combining print, digital, social, and content partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, market mapping, and regular client engagement.
  • Coordinate with editorial, creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities across print and digital media.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue performance updates for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in advertising sales within print, digital, magazine, aviation, or media industries.
  • Proven track record in selling advertising inventory for magazines, inflight media, digital platforms, or integrated media solutions.
  • Strong network with advertising agencies, tourism boards, hospitality groups, airlines, luxury brands, and direct clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, branded content, sponsorships, and integrated media partnerships.
  • Ability to independently drive revenue and manage large client accounts.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing media proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in aviation, travel, tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle media will be highly preferred.
  • Experience handling high-value brand partnerships and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, client servicing, and campaign monetization strategies.
